There is this new temp that works on my shift, he's nice and thought and caring, and I like him, but the problem is I dated this other guy on my shift and I'm really not into him anymore, and havent been for a long time. How should I go about starting a new relationship with the new guy without hurting the feelings other the guy I dated? Or how would you go about it?

Do not date co-workers, it usually leads to problems.

You've ended things with the first guy (correct?). So I really don't see how feelings are the issue here.

But yes, dating coworkers, usually not the best way to find a relationship.

Good Luck though.

It is never good to date someone that you work with. I would just leave well enough alone.
