You don't. You can only change your own attitude toward them. Any Jews directly responsible for the death of Jesus are long dead. Jews of today don't recognize Jesus as a Messiah because Christians have not made their case. Jewish and Christian ideas of God and "salvation" are too different. There are some (such as the "Reconstuctionist Jews") who dress Christianity up in Jewish clothes but most Jews see through the attempt.
Trust me, they've heard the Christian message. Some even admire it, but they also see Christianity's shortcomings. Faith cannot come by coercion, argument or force of will. It happens inside. The Jews are still God's Chosen People and you cannot determine what God's will is for any of them. Allow people to be who they are, even if it is not the way you are. Recognize the good in people who do not share your faith. And remember, Jesus himself said, "Whoever is not against me is with me."
The best way to convert someone to Christianity is to act like a Christian. Not talk, act.

firstly, you need to understand some things.
Jesus was not the jewish messiah. he was rejected because he simply wasn't "it"
the jewish messiah was NOT supposed to be a sacrifice, god incarnate, or any more divine than you or I.
the jewish messiah had to have 2 biological parents, of very specific bloodlines. (which, ironically, joseph and mary most likely were viable parents for that... but joseph would have to actually be the biological father)
http://www.jewsforjudaism.org/ might be interesting to you. but careful, you might find that judaism is the one thats correct, ;-)
and no, it does *NOT* point to jesus, unless you look at it with the prejudice that jesus was already it, and use mistranslated versions.
btw... Judaism does NOT consider itself the "one true path" or any of that nonsense, it only belives its A path.
the link I gave above, has a page listing some of the reasons why jesus was not the jewish messiah btw.
and no, jews don't try to convert other people. theres no reason to. we aren't arrogant enough to claim we have a monopoly on acess to God.
edit: for below,
>>"Ask them what they will do when they stand before God as a law (the 10 Commandments) breaker?"<<
is that supposed to be intimidating? firstly judaism has 613 laws, not 10. (though, admittedly most do not apply most of the time...) and secondly thats an EASY question for a jewish person to answer. something to the effect of "repent and ask god forgiveness" :gasp: and the jewish god will forgive, assuming you repent honestly. which is kinda a given.
seriously... it would take more to trip up any jew who actually knows jack about their beliefs. and jews who don't know anything about their own beliefs is far rarer than christians who don't even know what they think they belive.
****Christianity offers nothing to judaism that Judaism doesn't already offer!**** we already have GOD, we already have everlasting life, and forgiveness and salvation. all christianity offers to judaism is idolotry and hatred. (sorry, thinking other people will be tortured for eternity, for beliving the wrong religion in a mortal life, is profoundly hateful. and jesus as anything more than a regular man is idolotry, and the trinity is polytheistic by jewish standards.

Do you read Hebrew? Do you read the Hebrew Bible? If not, then your "facts" are from a source that has been translated from the Greeks. Perhaps it is you who should read what the Bible really says in its original language, not what some Christians have perceived it to mean.
The "real stuff" says that when the real messiah arrives, everyone will accept that messiah, and peace will reign. Those criteria have never been met; thus, worshipping Jesus or whomever you wish is simply not worshipping the real Messiah (who has yet to arrive).

One way to help them is show them what God says in the Old Testement. The Jews do not believe in the New Testement, cause they dont believe Jesus has come yet. So thats where you are going to have to really know alot about the Old Testement. Wish you best of luck winning jews to the Lord.

The same you would anyone else really. I witness to Jews, Hindus, Muslims and atheists on a regular basis. Ask them what they will do when they stand before God as a law (the 10 Commandments) breaker? See the links below.

Just be Christ like- You may be the only bible some Jews ever read . We have enough preachers running around . Talk the talk & walk the walk . That is the best way to witness to a Jew......

my advice would be to research more about the Jewish worldview -- their beliefs and customs as well as why it is hard for them to believe in Christianity. also, don't force the issue. think of how hard it would be for YOU if they were trying to convert you to Judaism. The Gospel of Matthew would be an excellent resource to draw from since he wrote mainly for a Jewish audience and his focus was on Jesus as fulfillment of Messianic prophecy. good luck!

honestly, think of it like this - how could they get through to you to believe that jesus wasn't the messiah. Probably impossible correct? Christianity has not cornered the market on faith and belief. Respect they're religion.

If you want to explain to them "all the real stuff" then quit talking about messiahs and god and chosen people and start explaining science, genetics, and evolution.

Its great that you care for these people. I agree with truth seeker. You have to become familiar with their culture and its customs. Also its only the Holy Spirit that can work in their hearts. Pray for them.
Most of the time your way of living close to God speak louder than your words.
