You cannot destroy something that does not exist.
I want to make sure that I understand your question, though.
If I go out and rape and kill an 11 year old girl tonight, this is because god "allowed me the freewill" to do so?? Because this happens all the time in this country you know.
You worship a guy who "allows" people to do things like this?
That's just plain silly.

No one or thing can destroy God not even the devil!
So first of all it is totally impossible but if it was to happen (which it never will) God will allow us to use it but since he prevails above everything so in the end he will be on top not human or thing.
GOD WILL PREVAIL!

there is no weapon that could destroy god, or god would have allowed it to exist, but it cannot exist as there is nothing more powerful than that which is all powerful.

the problem isnt a question of free will, it's a problem of nonsensical nature. this is because if God exists as an infinite being then He must exist outside this finite universe. scientifically, because the universe is a closed system, we humans can't react to or do anything outside of it... thus God is more or less immune to anything we could ever do to the universe, regardless of what we want.

The weapon is for everyone to no longer believe in him. If there were no concepts of god in people's minds, he would not exist to them.
