If this is a gag question, then grow up and stay in school because your english isn't so good.

If it is for real, then you require professional assistance NOW, see a counselor, and keep seeing them until you have your issues worked out.

In the mean time, move out of the home you share with your wife, your family should not be endangered while you seek treatment.

Then you need to beg for forgiveness from your wife. But seeking professional help is the most important thing for you right now.

Go into the emergency room in your local hospital and ask for a psychiatric consult.

Good luck, and I hope this is a joke, but if it isn't god help you.

Oh by the way, there is no honor in hitting a woman, ever. And if you do so, then that doesn't make you a man, it makes you a coward to attack sombody who cannot defend themselves from you.

When wifes get angry, you'd better not around her, but left sorry notes to her everywhere in her sight. Pls do not bring the trouble to your home. Your wife and your children can not be treated like that. When I had a bad day, I asked my husband drive me to somewhere such as a park for excercise or shopping mall. I can relax and tell him my bad feelings. Try to calm down , deep breath, do not say anything bad to your family when you are in bad mood . It hurts a lot and women never forget that.
Good luck

Man you need some help. Something like that will take a long time to get over, if ever. Now you have crossed a line and you can never go back. She will always know that your capable of violence. You can NEVER hit a woman, for any reason.

if you are blacking out and beating your wife you need help... usually someone who beats someone they love has been beaten themselves. get counseling... you have a long hard road ahead... your wife and child need you to do this... if your job is the issue quit it... is this the only time you have beaten her? and when you say she doesnt hear you now is it because you hurt her so bad or she is ignoring you...??
either way get help.... if you get help now you may save your life and hers and your childs.... this only gets worse never better without professional help, K? remember we all make mistakes do not beat yourself up but prove you are truly sorry and that you truly love your family and seek professional help... good luck to you and your family... K?

You need REAL help. I would turn yourself into an anger management class and marriage counseling-maybe even a therapist. You won't find professional help here-Do yourself and your family a favor and move out for a while until you can control yourself.

sounds like you need some SERIOUS therapy dude!
GET OUT OF THE HOUSE until you can control yourself. Apologize and leave but tell her where you are going and if the cops show up do not make things worse by resisting!
where you drunk or high? have you had black outs before?

You need to seek counseling. Let her know that you are doing this not only for yourself and for the family, but for her. She was the one most hurt by this and she needs her feelings validated. She will appreciate it more.

You need help!

NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO HIT ANOTHER PERSON, NO MATTER THE REASON!!

She needs to take your kid, and get away from you until you have gone through some counseling!

See what she wants. Do her a favor and leave. IF you will do it once you might do it again. Go to a gym and take out your aggression. You deserve being ignored. GO to counseling for sure.
