I get terrible side cramps when i run and i have looked everywhere for good tips. I need some that will really work

do not eat before you go running. take gatorade before/after you go running. definitely stretch all the muscles, including abdominal muscles before running. i'm including a link i just found. good luck. maybe i should start running too... lol

I was always told in high school to breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth. Sometimes it seemed to work, sometimes not. Also, the side cramps were worse when I ate or drank before I ran.

Stretch well before exercising, and don't eat before you hit the track.
