like i know that tylonel is a pain reliever and ibprophen is a anti-inflamitory so what is aspirin?

the label just says how much to take how often and the expiry date. and i do not have the box

Aspirin is also an anti-inflammatory. It inhibits inflammation by working on a different biochemical pathway than some of the other NSAIDs (Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatories).

It can be a little harder on the stomach than some other NSAIDs, but also prevents coagulation of the blood, which makes 'Aspirin Therapy' popular in those who are at a higher risk for Heart Attack and Stroke.
