Oysters because they are for special occasions and only available in peak conditions at rare times. So creamy and salty, sweet. They are prefect with a great Champagne.

Hot Krispy Kreme doughnuts are my favorite snack. My favorite homemade foods are glazed pork chops, fried turkey, collard greens, green beans, corn pudding, candied sweet potatoes, flour bread, sweet yeast rolls, watergate salad, and peach cobbler. I am from the South, love to cook, and love to eat. These food remind me of my childhood and my mom's and grandma's home cooking.

A good new york strip steak, cooked two minutes each side on a grill that is as hot as I can get it.
The reason:grew up the son of a beef farmer.

CHICKEN!!
fried, baked, boiled
don't matter
you can eat it with mashed potatoes, on some bread, with rice, with dumplings, just plain, or what ever..
the possibilities are endless:)
Why?? It's so DAYM good!
and you can eat it in many different recipes and cook it different ways also.

Cream cheese and herb stuffed mushrooms! Sooo good...I am a big fan of mushrooms, however you cook them.
