I need to lose 12 lbs. And other diets have failed me in the past so I thought I can try water fasting. Its that I just dont know how to start. Please help?

I think it is pretty self explanatory ,you only drink water don't eat or drink anything else ,i'm sure youv'e already heard that it is not safe I am fixing to do the same thing

Hi,if you mean stop drinking water I would advise you against doing it.Ttry eating less & supplement the food for fruit & veg.

drink a lot if water......................it's bad to fast from water you might get sick just eat healthy and do some exercises
