When you both know you will love each other for the rest of your lives...

And every season of the year has great things to offer,
Spring - lots of flowers and new beginings
Summer - good weather and kids are out of school - but there are usually alot of graduation parties so concider that.
Fall - beautiful autumn colours and there are some nice crisp days in the fall.
Winter - you could use white fur (for the bride) and red or green colours for the wedding.
Can be cheeper to get married in the off-seasons.

Best to get married early in the day so you can party all night long with friends and family.

Time is relative... You need to answer what time of year? or time of day? or time into a relationship? or age?

Time of year:
Late Spring throughout all of summer is most common, followed only by Christmas time and Valentines Day
However, by avoiding these peak times you can have a beautiful wedding and save a few dollars as well.

Time of day:
Anytime from 10:00am - 8pm is used, though most common is between the hours of 2pm and 4 pm. It all depends what you are looking for in the reception generally. "Tea & Cake" receptions are generally held from 1pm - 5pm or a "Dessert" reception from 7pm - 11pm or from 8pm - 12pm so that a meal is unnecessary. Any reception time that would coincide with a meal time a meal is expected to be served.

Time in a relationship:
Nobody can really tell you a right answer for this.... it is generally accepted, however, that a couple should date more than 6 months before becoming engaged so that they have sufficient time to get to know each other.

Age:
Legal age of adulthood (determined by each state) or older unless given written permission my a parent or guardian on legal documents or legally imancipated.

Good Luck

Superstition is that you are supposed to get married when the minute hand is going upward (so anytime after the :30 and before the :00). This is why a lot of weddings start at 2:30, so that the minute hand is going up by the time the wedding actually starts.

As for time of day, well that completely depends on you and your church. Some churches have rules about when you have to be out.

Usually, for a Saturday wedding, they start in the afternoon. For a Friday wedding, they are usually in the evening. Sunday weddings tend to be in the late morning or early afternoon.

Make sure your guests have enough time to get to the wedding, and please, please, please do not have your reception start hours after your ceremony ends.

My personal opinion on when to get married is when you already have pursued a career, or some type of job. This way you can know you have the ability to make it on your own, if something should go wrong! Also, after you put enough "FUNDS" away, to back you up!! Never, ever, as much as we love "MEN!", let them make a decision such as what you should do with your life. After all, no matter, how you perceive them, unfortunately, we "CAN" get burned!!!! And, too, it's not going to be "THEM" who has to carry on. So, I 'd say you'd be in your early 30's or so, if you make sure you get on the right path to "planning "YOUR, JUST IN CASE!, FUTURE! lol
TAKE CARE, GOOD LUCK!

After you get out of college. Just a suggestion. You can't get married if you're under age anyway. The only way that is possible is if your parents really know the guy or because you have to get permission by the parents if you're underage. Holla!
