Yes That is a AWSOME achievement. Congrats, you probably just added 25 more years of healthy life. I agree with some people here, you will have to work on building your muscle. But that alone is not going to solve the problem. You may have to get some Surgery done to remove the excess tissue.

First off I want to say congratulations to have such perseverance to loose that much is fantastic! My best suggestion to you is to keep doing what you are doing, exercising. But after having skin stretched for so long elasticity gives out and does not re tighten therefor you have a couple of choice, there are creams out there made of copper peptides or hydroxy acids but results are not immediate they take months and then another option is to have surgery to remove the excess skin. Good luck in whatever you choose!

well congrats the best way to tighten the flab is increase the weight and do less reps. if that makes sense. lift more weight like enough where you can barely do it and do less reps then you were doing. the heavier the weight the more muscle you gain. the lighter weight and more reps burns fat. high weight and less reps build muscles. yeah i explained the same thing a number of times but hopefully you get one of those.. and good luck@@!!

Congratulations on losing the weight! Your best bet on getting toned is exercise. Weightlifting (aiming for reps rather than weight), situps, and other exercises that focus on building muscle will help tighten you up.
