One thing I like to cook periodically is a kind of cooked broccoli. cut up the broccoli, or buy it cut up, and put it in a thick pan on the stove. Before you start heating it, add extra virgin olive oil, garlic(minced or powder), and soy sauce to taste. Heat at 3/4 to full heat until the broccoli is soft, while stirring regularly. Even my wife, who usually dislikes broccoli loves it, and it's quick, easy, and healthy. Unfortunately I don't have any measurements for you, I came up with the recipe while tinkering in the kitchen, and have always done it by eye. I usually use just enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan.

Depending on your taste, you may or may not like this. I love to chop up some apples, oranges, and strawberries and mix it with cottage cheese. It's so good, especially if you add pineapple chunks from a can and a few dates. It's a healthy alternative to most snacks and it's fulfilling.

Hi sweetie.
Have some peanut butter toast, or crackers with cheese and pepperoni. You want some protein to hold you until dinner. After that, have a small sweet to make your mouth happy.
love, mums
