Is this area to invest in? I have been looking on rightmove for places to invest & I am interested in the following areas (I am a complete novice in property),
Northwood
Southdean ect....

What are these (or similar) areas like:- Schools, housing in general (mostly ex. authority).

Any info / advice / local knoledge ect......

I live in runcorn and i bought the house with my partner because it was basically cheap for us and we thougth with the whole liverpoool area meyabe gettin a clean up running up to the capital of culture year that it would be a good area to invest in... i am prob way off the mark... but like someone above me said... it is easy rental money

I agree - don't touch Kirby with a barge pole if you're thinking of investing. I take it you're not from this area? Whatever made you think of Kirby in the first place?

Come here and have a good lok round. Get advice from good estate agents.

i went there once a few years ago and even the local fish and chip shop had security grills for people to be served through! it was a very scarey place and no i would not go back or invest in it!

Great footy team - but Kirby is as rough as hell. I wouldn't even let my dog live there - and I haven't even got a dog - some scouser nicked it.

Kirkby i wouldnt touch with a ten foot barge pole.
rough area, but i suppose it is easy rental money, although i wouldnt live there myself.
