we are never outside when it rains but should i ask her to follow me or say i wanna show her something and we get out then i kiss her
or would that freak her out?

Ok...this is a girl's opinion...not a boys...so....here I go
that is the most sweetest thng i have ever heard....i know that any girl would love that to happen....believe me....dont let anything stall u and her kissing....believe me it gets kinda akward...lol....and it is SO SWEET if its the boys who suprises the girl with a kiss and NOT the other way around......well i hope that helps

dont be afraid to take her in the rain and kiss her. i mean u would show her many different ways that you love her right?
well that could be the one of the reason and after you kiss her, say you love her and kiss her again or wait for her to kiss you back. ;]

I think it's very romantic. Tell her "come with me if u trust me" and then kiss her. I'm sure she will like it, but be carefull if she does not like romance.

i dont think that a good idea .... what u could do is take her to picnic where there is a water fall and under waterfall u can do what u want to ......All the best dude.
