i'm a full time college student, with little to no time to excercise, however i live in a big city and walk an average of 25-30 minutes a day at a fairly rapid pace just to get to classes.
i try to do abdominal excercises when i can, but i have an oddly shaped body (my ribs stick out very far regardless of my obvious pooch/belly fat i have a problem with right now) and it can get very, very painful.
my overall weight is not the problem, at 155 i don't feel like it is the biggest issue.
i would like to get down to 135 within the next two months.
i am also a vegeterian, so diets tend to be difficult because most concentrate on high protein and i have problems acheiving that on a daily basis.
i don't mind taking pills or supplements if any work in particular.
any suggestions, please?!

I have lost 32 pounds in 69 days by using Stack Body Tune Up. I started in July, 2006. This comes with a protein shake, citrus boosts, and herbal supplements.

If I can be of further assistance, let me know.

wow you sound like me. i'm 150 but i want to lose 30 pounds though. i understand your schedule in college because i used to be a student to, but if you want to lose weight that fast you are going to have to find time to exercise. even if it's just 30 minutes a day or a couple of hours on the weekends. here's some ideas:
- drink lots of water
- eat only fresh fruits and veggies
- take a multi-vitamin daily to help your body adjust to the diet and exercise
- don't let a week go by without hitting the gym for major cardio workouts like the treadmill or bicycle
- sign up for a cardio class to make it more fun and treat it like a night class for school by making it part of your schedule so you have to go
- leave early and take longer routes to class, and add weight to your backpack so you can burn calories while gaining strength
- stay active as much as possible when your not studying or sitting in class such as stretching or sit-ups while watching tv, walks around the campus with your roommate, even swimming if your campus has a pool that's open
- walk more and drive less since most campuses have places to go nearby
- go out dancing or to the night clubs to burn calories on the dance floor with friends
- stay away from junk food, fast food, restaraunts, and alcohol

Choose lean meats and poultry without skin and prepare them without added saturated and trans fat.
Select fat-free, 1 percent fat, and low-fat dairy products.
Cut back on foods containing partially hydrogenated vegetable oils to reduce trans fat in your diet.
Cut back on foods high in dietary cholesterol. Aim to eat less than 300 milligrams of cholesterol each day.
Cut back on beverages and foods with added sugars.
Choose and prepare foods with little or no salt. Aim to eat less than 2,300 milligrams of sodium per day.
If you drink alcohol, drink in moderation. That means one drink per day if you’re a woman and two drinks per day if you’re a man.

The pills don't work, well ephedrine does, but it also can kill you and makes you very jittery.
