Just do pilates! That's what I do. There is this video called crunch pick your spot pilates. It targets the belly buns and thighs. However, I usually just do the stomack part. The case has purple and black to help you find it.

just do exercises that focus on your stomach. rust me it helps, or if you go walking go on an incline, it actually makes your butt nicer. (Beyonce and JLo do it).
