Just go to a local office of ministry of transportation in your state, and ask them for the address. I think it'd be better if you did it through a transportation agent instead of doing it online.

You can't. Most jurisdictions won't give out that information for security reasons. Those that do generally require a written application -- usually submitted in person -- as well as justification for release of the information.

your attorney can submit request to DMV, must have a really good reason. Registered owner will receive notification about information being released and to who....
