I was walking down the hallway talking to someone.
Then all of a sudden I came back from a blackout still standing, and the middle-left of the back of my head was very tingly on the inside and I immediately thought I had been shot by the way it felt.

I reached up there, and there was nothing. My friend told me I stood there for 5 to 10 seconds while he looked at me. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

It sounds like you've exhibited some of the symptoms of what's known as a 'Petit Mal' seizure. There are also other possibilities for what happened. Some serious, and some not so serious.

Get to your doctor.

Seizure is one potential diagnosis. TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack) or mini-stroke is another possibility. There are still other possibilities as well, but I'd see a doctor about it.

yes definitely. If you have a school nurse, talk to her about it. She might even look at you and be able to see if you just had a seizure. make sure to tell her/him all of the symptoms.

You need to see a doctor. This doesn't sound like a seizure.
Seek medical advise.
