What are cats eyes ?
Cats eyes are reflective glass lenses in a rubber insert which fit into a metal casing. These are usually placed in the centre of a road but they are also placed at the edge of some carriageways and roads. They make driving in dark, foggy conditions easier especially if a road has no street lights as they reflect from car headlights.

He sounds constructive. between the biggest issues with feral cats is to stay calm. He sees you as his kin because he brings you foodstuff (the useless issues), marks you as his by skill of rubbing hostile to you and asks you for foodstuff. Couple of issues we discovered when we followed a 4-wk previous abandoned kitty. not in any respect attitude petting him in course of the face. he will sense threatened. continually puppy him on the shoulder first and then artwork your thanks to his head. once you %. him up continually be confident to help his hind ft. That way he feels better safeguard than if his legs are dangling. Kindness is the most. Animals extremely can choose human beings's personality and he will be always grateful on your kin for taking him in, yet he also gained't lose that good protective survival instinct he has. As for leaping on feet and issues, i don't think of a few cats ever boost out of their fascination with issues that flow.

I think you are mistaken. Perhaps you've been driving on some newly repaired roads. Incidentally, I understand a new type of cats eye has been developed that shines more brightly.

I have noticed a lack of them around the west of england, I think they are being taken out and replaced with the new funky all singing all dancing ones, but, as with most things in england they are taking their time putting the new ones in. Hmmm, and we pay our road tax why?...

I would have to say I have not noticed a reduction in cats eyes. They are an important safety feature and it would be folly to not use them. Do you have a source that quantifies your claim?
