Talcum powder or corn starch. You could be extreme and rub in large amounts of anti perspirent, but that would cause other problems. Consult your dermatologist for a lasting solution.

baby powder or talk offers symptomatic relief. i.e. is good at masking the sweathy hands but not at fixing the problem. I suppose an anti perspirant cream rubbed on the hands may also help in a similar fashion.
I have found a cure for sweathy hands (and not just symptomatic relief) by becoming more confident in myself. Sweaty hands are often a sign of being anxious and/or tense. For some people, feeling anxious and tense is so natural that they think it is normal. Gaining self confidence is not easy but can be done if you believe more and more in yourself and your abilities. Do not allow yourself to feel inadequate in any way and keep a persistent positive attitude. Find out something that you can be good at and be good in it to raise your self confidence.
This is how I found a true cure for my sweathy hands. Give it a good try and dont give up. You will have dry hands. :)

Are the sweaty palms always sweaty or just sometimes? You may have palmar hyperhidosis which can be treated with antiperspirant type solutions for the hand such as Dryol or Drysol which can be obtained by your physician. These solutions may help if the case is mild but sometimes a surgery is needed that cuts the nerve causing the problem. Like all surgeries it does have it's complications. See your physician for a diagnosis and treatment options.

My hands have ALWAYS been sweaty. And they are ALWAYS sweaty which makes for very gross introductions and handshakes. What I was told to do is rinse my hands under water as hot as I can stand it for as long as I can stand it right before meeting someone. It works!
Other than that, some other ideas might be to keep handkerchiefs or tissues in your pockets and keep them in your fists to absorb the moisture.
