I have a wedding dress that I bought to wear in a wedding that didn't happen. It's brand new with tags. It's never been worn and never been altered. I've tried ebay and several bridal websites. Any ideas on how I can sell my dress? Anyone out there intrested in buying it?

Try and find a local consignment shop. They will sell it for you, for a share of the fetched price of course.

I sold a used once, $600 dollar (new) wedding dress at one and got $200. (that was back in 1993).

My guess is that your ads werent particularly pleasing to the eye. (Looks mean alot when talking about ads).
If you can email me FULL details about the dress (size AND measurements) as well as GOOD pictures I will create an ad for you to use.

Ebay is usually a great resource for selling things like that or nearlynewbridal.com

you could try craigs list, ebay some classified websites from your area, post an ad inyour local community paper in the classifieds, church bulleton board or community center bulleton board word of mouth through different people that you know might be getting married etc.

You can also try Amazon.com. Look into Overstock.com.

By the way, I'm sorry to hear that the wedding didn't happen :(
I won't ask.

The JCrew outfits are fantastic! extremely properly made, very flattering. I easily have considered both the marriage and the bridesmaid outfits on others, and that i have in my view worn between the bridesmaid ones. very good deal. And the bridesmaid outfits are wearable again :-)
