All nuts are good for people, if they do not have a lot of salt and/or sugar on them. Nuts are a great source of protein for everyone including diabetics. I am diabetic and often eat planters dry roast peanuts. A heaping tablespoon is a serving...too many and you get too much fat. By the way the cause of diabetes is a malfunction of the pancreas and can be made more likely by excessive soda pop, white flour and sugar in one's diet.

No, peanuts don't cause diabetes. There is some reason to believe that overindulgence in carbohydrates, ie sugars and starchy foods, will cause type 2, adult onset diabetes. But peanuts have very little carbohydrates and are on the list of "free" foods, that a diabetic may usually have without harm, as long as they don;t go crazy. Dry roasted peanuts may be better for you if total fat is your concern, but low-salt peanuts are probably the best choice for most.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.
