how increase his weight???
and he also try gym and suppliments but no differenct.
(we are pure vegy.))

You could go to a nutritionist...I am a vegan too, you need to eat correctly as well....and gain muscle (wow, coincidence between us?) to put more weight, maybe a fitness trainer. Trust me, binging doesn't work.

hey buddy, my friend is 20 and hes still 44kg, dont worry about the weight, it depends on the height

so, now you should calculate mass/height... if its less than 19, then you should worry about weight

im also a veggy, but do you eat egg?

OK, here's your answer, daily eat the following with your normal diet
1. 1/2 ltr milk (2 times a day)
2. 2 bannanas
3. 2 eggs

if you follow the above diet, within 1 week, you willl see the results.. Im really sorry if you are puuuure vegy...eggs do play an important role here.

Hi friend, I will give you a idea which does not have any side effect. When he get up early in the morning give him a glass of milk with raw egg and honey mixed with it. I am sure he become strong with in a month... I had the same problem and now I am smart and goodlooking......... I can play football continueously for 3 hrs..... Try this once..... Even I was vegy....... Egg is allowed in Ayurveda........
Let him lot of fruits and moong kept in water for a day or liquid daal........ with his food than masala spicy food.........

since ur highly worried of ur brother...one of the most odd cases...
i would rather advise u that weight n physique r 2 different aspects of perception....n heavy weights r more prone towards weakness.
u first settle the problem


may b addition of fatty food consumption in ur diet may not b a bad idea

Tell him to eat A LOT of veggies and start working out so he could develope muscles. Tell him to jogg a mile everyday and stay active.
