My work area is right by the only bathroom in the warehouse and my boss blows his nose (using the close one nostril with your thumb and blowing out the other nostril at supersonic speed) We (the other people in my work area) need suggestions of how we can tell him that he needs to use some tissue to blow his nose. This dude is like in his 50’s.

Put a box of tissues with a note on it telling him this : "Please be curtious to others in the office and use these to blow your nose". Leave the tissues and the note anonymously. If that doesn't work, then get nasty and put a bunch of used snotty tissues on HIS desk.

He needs to be told. Don't approach him in a group. This may make him feel threatened and defensive and may embarrass him in front of the other employees. Appoint a representative to speak to him privately. He may not realize how unhygienic and offensive this is. And give him his very own box of tissue.

When you see him coming spray lysol everywhere especially if when he starts blowing his nose. He will figure it out or just wear the hazmat uniforms to work. Or do the same thing when you walk in his office.

Why use a tissue when blowing your nose over the toilet is a lot less messy? I just hope he flushes afterwards...

Honesty is the best policy. That or find some cartoon clippings that nag on it, that sometimes works too. Good luck and if he doesnt stop soon, start wearing a medical mask to work.

It's real easy! Have someone take a video clip ( Or if you can't video, take a phone pic ) of him blowing his boogers everywhere, then email it to him.... he'll get the message.
If that does not work, send the video to youtube.com & at least have some fun with it!

Tell the boss that you all can here stuff coming from the bathroom. That it's disturbing the workforce atmosphere.
