No. They look like normal people. Depressed people, not on drugs, look sad.

Antidepressant meications have side effects that somehow disturbs normal life, like lack of concentration; But that's for a while and it's better than depression.
There's some symptoms of drugged people that may be similar to some side effects of antidepressants; But they are not same and not looking like each other.

No, theres alot of misconception on antidepressants! They're not even a narcotic like most people think now I suppose that everybody has different reactions to them, one might be extremly sleepy after taking them or one might be wide awake or one might not notice any side effects besides being in a better mood because all the chemicals in your brain are evened out. Meds affect people differently but in my experience of being a nurse I have never seen anyone on antidepressants look stoned.

Hello.
Any person on the correct mixture and dosage of prescribed anti-depressants will not looked drugged--actually, they'll look quite the opposite. If someone on anti-depressants looks drugged, perhaps he or she is not taking the right dosage or medicine. He or she may also be taking additional drugs, either legal or illegal. Anti-depressants are prescribed so depressed people can lead normal lives and blend in with society. Unless the person tells you, one should not be able to tell if another is taking anti-depressants.

if you dont really need them like for an example riddlen or aderol makes a person act like they have been on meth or crack. aderol can keep you up for days and make you look like a drug addict.
