Best meat? A bit like asking what is the best car, people have all sorts of reasons for liking what they like. As far as fat content and protein, I think beef heart is great. I a told Buffalo is a great meat. So, the best cuts of meat are the best meat!

Chicken slices 4 sandwhiches. With Hamburger like fast food places U do not usually get to see all the GREESE that gets laddled up to the bun w/it...

Poultry. I love especially chicken cooked anyway!
Then comes beef and lamb, also cooked anyway.
I also like seafood, especially prawns, then calamari, then oysters. Not too fond of most fish. Don't eat mussels.
I do eat pork, but not too fond of it.
Last but not least, I'll eat bugs only if I have to!! LOL

I like wild meat, buffalo, deer, cariboo, bear, rabbit, moose, even grouse is good. But deer is my favorite meat. I also like beef, and turkey.
