When my kids are outside playing. We chase after balls. We walk twice a day. When I clean. (My kids help out too). My kids love the video "Elmosize" and we do that together. I don't really have a structured exercise schedule.

I have a 14 month old and a 6 week old baby and I usually do an exercise DVD when the 14 month old is taking her nap.
I gained 85lbs with my first, and only 26lbs with my second (I have already lost 32 lbs since her birth in August!)

When you are cleaning. Do it vigirously and put some music on. Really make yourself sweat. Also, during s-3-x.
Kids need exercise too. Pop in a tape and make it a part of you daily activities.

I put my little guy in the stroller, we take the two dogs and I walk at a brisk pace for an hour.
In the winter I put my little guy in a sling, take the dogs out to a wildlife refuge and walk briskly for an hour.
We also do yoga together since he was a few months old. I have a book called "Itsy Bitsy Yoga" and it's great! He loved it from the start and we still do it.
Have fun!!

Never! We go for walks, and sometimes go swimming when my husband is home at night, which is hardly ever. The only time I can see excerising, would to go out in the garage on the treadmill when they are sleeping with a baby monitor?? Too stressful for me. The other option would be when they go to bed and are asleep for the night. Then I want to clean and relax, maybe watch a bit of tv. So my answer really truly is, NEVER.

Put the baby in the stoller and walk around the block.
Put the baby on your stomach and do situps.
Put the baby on your back like a horsey and do push ups.
Put the baby in a backpack, turn up the music and dance while cleaning house.

I found the best time for me was 30 minutes in the morning before they got out of bed and 30 minutes after they went to bed. That way I got my hour in, I was at home with them instead of leaving them in gym-daycare, and I still had time for hubbytime;)!
