I want to increase my muscle mass through increased protein. Any suggestions? thanks !!!

What a great accomplishment.Congrats!!! well since muscle mass is increased by using weights , and if you take creatine (like the other person suggested) then you may need to increase your food intake to a higher level to support the work you plan on doing. I am assuming that you have lost most of the weight you wished to lose and still want to look better.You should increase the use of beans and meat as well as eggs and dairy. Beans when eaten with a wheat product such as bread, pita,tortilla becomes a protien in your body. You need the extra calcuim to promote bone health and extra calories to support increased activity. I am sure you can do it look how far you have already come. Good Luck and may your God be good to you and yours.

kid that is great, I would increase the white of eggs, high protein nutrients etc. I have heard people taking creatine with exercise, good job and good luck
