Don't be afraid. All of us "USA Americans" r not against u guys. I for one am glad to have you hear. Civil Rights are a courtesy that should be extended to everyone. NO WALL should be built as the NORTH American/USA public has clamored that they wish for this atrocity to be built. Then once all those billions of dollars are sunk into the building of this shameful wall......there will be no money for mass deportations...You seed this is why the government is building this wall... We all know that it will not serve the purpose for which it is built....They didn't even build a levy that could protect New Orleans..... the illegals crossing are just as unpredictable.....Build the fence so they will be able to say later well we don't have the money now for deportations.......Also you will see discounts on ladders on the other side of the border. You just need a ladder to safely scale the wall without a scratch.

No I do not agree. "Undocumented" workers as you so politely put it are here illegally. They should at least make an effort to gain citizenship. Civil rights are not equal to human rights and should not be confused with them. America gives everyone human rights. Civil rights are things that should only be given to those who are willing to take the time to become a citizen. Have you ever tried to get rights equal to those of any other country? Not gonna happen. You find me one country that allows people to walk right accross it's borders without any kind of paper work and then allows that person to vote. ONE COUNTRY. There aren't any. In fact, I challenge you to find a 1st world country that will even allow you in it's borders once they find you are there "undocumented". What makes you think that every other country in the world has a good reason for doing things that way, but suddenly the U.S. doesn't? Legal immigration or NO immigration, that's the safest way.

There's a difference between HUMAN rights and CIVIL rights. I believe people are confusing ethical beliefs such as the golden rule, which should apply to everyone, with civil rights, which are laws designed to protect a country's CITIZENS. No, if someone is not a citizen, they should not have the same rights that I do. There are rules for a reason. Read up on the history of America, or the country you are refering to, as well as the immigration and civil rights laws. That way you can get a better idea of why they were written as they are. If you don't like it, BECOME a citizen, if you are not already, and work to change the law.

Undocumented immigrants deserve the right to become documented. After that, they deserve to pay taxes on their wages. After that, they can ask for services.
But bear in mind that we're talking guest workers, here, not US citizens. Employers who hire guest workers should show proof of group medical insurance. If you want a low-cost work force, you should be willing to pay to keep them healthy.
As long as there are jobs here and unemployment in Mexico, this problem will continue, despite walls, round-ups, and deportations. You might as well try stopping the tide from rising. It's time we acknowledged it and put processes in place to support it. Then we can crack down on the few who try to go around the process.

When has Mexico let US citizens live there without having to pay tax, and provided them with free healthcare, and education for the kids? Also, when has Mexico let immigrants from Central and South America stay in Mexico because it is a better life than where they came from? Never. Mexico wants it both ways. They want their citizens to be able to work and live without restriction in the USA, but won't allow Central and South American citizens to live and work in Mexico.

No unlawful alien advantages amnesty. they prefer to bypass again and do it the legal way and then they'd have rights. It does no longer count the position or what nationality the unlawful is. unlawful is against the law and not in any respect undocumented.

Yes if they can support themselves without working illegally or doing some other criminal act or getting state aid. Otherwise they should be sent back to the country they came from preferably permanently.

Try "sneaking" into another country with the intent of staying. You would probably be jailed and then escorted out of the country. We are not responsible for supporting illegals with police and fire protection, subsidized housing, schooling, medical care, welfare, etc., etc. If they want those pleasures, they should apply for citizenship, including the privlege of serving in our military. Otherwise arrest them, deport them. If they are caught with second offense, arrest them for 10 year sentences, no parole.

No, I have to disagree. Why should they have rights in a country they don't belong in? Remember, they are 'illegal immigrants'...they aren't supposed to be here in the first place. What a weird question...

Put the crack pipe down and back slowly away. Now think for a minute. On what grounds do they deserve this? Just because they want it? I want a million dollars and I feel like I deserve it. Are you gonna give it to me? Get a life! Oh yeah, I didn't mean steal one either!
