I was with my fiance today (he's a man, I'm a woman) and we started making out. Someone walking by said, "Gross, gay people." and another little boy whispered to his mum, "Mummy, why are two men kissing eachother?"

And another time I was out, someone called me "Pat"...as in Pat, from SNL. The character that you can't tell if it's a man or woman.

Should I be offended? How can I be less man-like?

nah, that's just what other people think, and people are stupid... you don't have to change yourself unless you really want to be more feminie.. do the obvious, wear skirts, sparkly jewlery, makeup, wear your hair in a feminine style

Wear a dress and let your front side stick out put on make-up and high -heels -Nice perfume-let your hair grow long (that is not always a clue) Why not make out in private.
