i've had..
an apple nutri-grain bar.
some tuna fish without bread.
a polly-o string cheese
and now im eating fat free french vanilla yogurt.

im sopposed to be on a diet but i keep eating a bunch of little thing because i'm not getting full.

If you want a nutritious snack that will fill you up, try carrots. There's a lot of water in them so they fill you up more than you'd think.

I've had a Starbucks Caramel Frappucino & a Hot Pocket. Not so healthy LOL

yogurt, chicken enchiladas, 2 cookies, coffee, water- I lost the most weight when I ate all I wanted but I ate entirely fat free stuff. You need some more protein if you are still hungry. My favorite dish to fill up on is pasta salad with chicken breast and fat free italian dressing. I could eat the whole bowl and not gain weight.

Its 8.45pm and I've had cereal, apple, pear, ham salad roll, two biscuits, small portion of wedges and a slice of pizza today...I started out so well! . Doesnt sound like you had much today. if you eat three balanced meals and get 30 mins exercise a day you should lose any excess weight easily enough. good luck

You keep getting hungry because you aren't eating enough!

I've had a small bowl of Apple Jacks,
a small plate of a yummy homemade au gratin potatoes and ham casserole,
And for supper, I'm not sure yet.
Oh, and I had a tiny wedge (1 inch at wide end) of my son's birthday cake.

A package of cheese-on-cheese crakers, a pepperoni pizza Hot Pocket, two shredded beef taquitos, a few miniature peppermint patties, a few cups of coffee, and several bottles of water.
