soldiers who were killed just this week been released yet?

My brother-in-law went on an 8 hour mission yesterday morning & we havent heard from him & neither him or his friends have logged onto myspace which is very unusual.

When someone is killed they are not allowed to use the internet or phones until the families have been notified. Some of his friends have internet in their rooms & sneak on, but they havent been on either.

We are kind of worried, so help is appreciated.

Thanks!

I think you are a troll, and the above sentence proves it to my mind. Go play your hateful games somewhere else.

Well it takes a while for the list to get updated. So looking at the list or waiting for a list of any sm casualties within the last 24 hours will just drive you insane because there isn't any just yet. Not until the families have been notified. Then and only then will the military release those names.

i've answered this on another question...go to www.icasualties.org. you can query the database by name, rank, injury/death and so forth. they will post the names of the soldiers after the family has been notified. it will usually have name not released yet, but they do have some details about where the incident took place and when.

I will pray for your brother in law. I think that his family would be notified before any list would be made public.

I don't know. I know that CNN has a list but I don't know how often they update it. I would hope that if the worst happened that your family would be notifies before the press.

Sorry I can't be more help. Good luck.

Have not see the number for the week, yet. I do hope your brother-in-law is just tied up with operations and that nothing has happened to him.
