It's Communism.

Capitalism is the opposite.

Anarchy is extreme liberalism almost advocating a lawless state.

Fascism is far right wing usually associated with strong beliefs about race and immigration.

It is (c). Whenever someone discusses "means of production", that should signal you that it is Marxism or Communism being discussed, as that was one of Marx's most famous formulations in his writings.
