Two weeks ago I came home drunk. Needless to say my mother wasn't happy. She was convinced that I was doing drugs because of this, which isn't true. I even had a drug test done, nothing was there. I have a job and she took the around $1000 that was in my checking account and put in some other account. She also didn't want me to hang out with those kids anymore. She likes when I hang out with my other friends, who I play golf with. So this morning I wanted a check for Ski Club at school, I have more than enough money for it but my mom was giving me a hard time about giving me the check for it, when she finally did she said all this stuff I couldn't do, and just kept yelling, so I locked myself in my room. I had already missed my bus. Then she called the police. Then while she was doing her hair I went to my car to leave for school, but she stood behind my car so I couldnt leave. Then the police came. This is where it really starts but I need more room....

Then the officer was all yelling at me, having no idea what happend, I just stood there, not saying anything. Then walked right up infront of me and was talking inches from my face, I couldn't move back because my car was behind me. He was threatening me with like how he was going to punch my in the face and drop me to my knees, etc. Then I smirked a little and said then just shoot me. Then just I need to bring you in for a psycological exam. Then he bent me over my car and put me in handcuffs, while putting me in handcuffs he purposely bent my thumbs back and twisted my arm to hurt me. Before he put me in his car he twisted the handcuffs since they are oval so that it would hurt my wrists, he also shoved it down my wrist into my hands. Then while on the way to the police station he is like you f***ing 16 do you even have hair on your balls yet. Then when we got to the station when he took me out of the car, he struck me pretty hard in my upper thigh because he missed..theres alot more

Then he struck me twice in the testacles. Then he grapped them and squeezed pretty hard. Then he said something like does your girlfriend do that for you tough guy. Then he punched me in the stomach. Then when we were at the door to the police station he punched me a few times. I fell on purpose so he would stop and I figured he would stop inside. When we got inside he punched me in the stomach again, but then I realized it was right in front of a camera. Then he put me in a cell for around an hour, Then he came back threatening to send to a Juvenille Detention Center downtown and he said about how they would shove "everything imaginable up my asshole." I didn't not resist arrest I did everything he told me to...I don't but I think the ball hair comment and him touching my genitals might have been sexual harassment . I think hitting me and stuff was very unessecary. I still have marks on my wrists 8 hours later and a cut on my side from when i fell. What should Ido about this officer?

I am 16, I didn't really check for grammar b/c I was in a hurry, but as for the Einstein comment, when my dad picked me up he couldn't tell, my mom knew b/c this drunk girl at the party got ahold of my phone and called random people in my phone book, including my house

He actually never told me what I was under arrest for but the Court Appearence ticket says Harrassment in 2nd Degree penal code section 240.26 (1) I live in New York State if that helps wtih the law stuff. I have no idea what my mother told him. I found online what 240.26 means
1. He or she strikes, shoves, kicks or otherwise subjects such other person to physical contact, or attempts or threatens to do the same; or
2. He or she follows a person in or about a public place or places; or
3. He or she engages in a course of conduct or repeatedly commits acts which alarm or seriously annoy such other person and which serve no legitimate purpose

The checks have my mothers name underneath so it must be joint. LOL at the emancipation, while a good idea I don't think any court would go for it. I don't know how I would get a lawyer to help considering I don't have access to money

For you who are saying that you don't believe me, I wish I could post a picture of my wrists and the Appearance Ticket so you would see. Also what reason do I have to lie?
No matter what I said, I didn't resist, I didn't try to hit the officer or anything.

@lethallolita, I really did want to die, I knew the cop wouldn't do it but, That doesn't mean I din't want it to happen

@Michael R
He purposely still twisted my thumb back even after I was in the handcuffs.
He purposely turned them sideways to make it hurt.

file a complaint againt the officer and what I would do go to internal affairs that is usually how its done and I woud hire a lawyer. Keep in mind its hard to it is hard to fight city hall but you got to at least try. Good luck to you.

Ok, if this really happened to you then file a complaint against the officer, and the department. I am not saying you are lying but when you get arrested and you resist a little bit the officer will apply pressure to your joints and slap the cuffs on you. The cuffs are not made to feel good on your wrist so you will have marks on your hands. As far as him touching you, you may be over reacting a little bit because when you are arrested they will search you and yes that does require a grab to the testicles. You would have a better case against him for hitting you and knocking you down. If you feel you need to, get a lawyer and go after him but I really thing it would be a waste of time and money.

I have no idea how old you are and that limits answering the question. I assume you are in high school, but if you are, you seem to have too much access to money and high expensive items.
However, regardless of age, you have only one mother. Cherish the time you have left with her and make it a priority to get along with her. When she dies, it will leave a deep hole in your heart, clear through your soul. Don't cheapen the relationship over material things. She is more valuable than any commodity. Sign me as one having lost a parent in July. I'm 53.

Cops just ain't what they use to be.. You know ruff a dude up a little to bring ya around. So as to keep a person from wanting to return. But this cop has a problem. There's good ones and bad ones, seems you delt with the latter. Whats really bad about this is.. is this cop will really piss someone off.. and some other good cop will pay for it. Ask your Ma to chill..calling the cops.. "Bad Mom" I have a teenager.. single parent.. the last thing a person should do is call them!

Christ, dude, just be a man and stand up to your mother. You let her handle $1000 of your own money? Hell, I wouldn't let my mother have control over my bank account if it had $50 in it! The reason why the cop was handling you with force was because he is under the assumption that you are a hardened drug user and drug users don't really feel much pain. I blame your mother for that.

Do you have a joint bank account with your mother? How'd she get the money? I'd say talk to a lawyer. False accusation, improper arrest,

Sue the bank if she illegally took your money and it's only your account, nail the cop for grabbing your crotch, oh, I could have a field day with this.

Go for emancipation from your mother!

lol...me too!

After reading your info....sorry but I do not believe you....there is more to this story than you are telling.

You sound like a drama queen!...locking yourself in your room...lol.

I think you are out of control and it is your mothers job to care for you until you are 18...period.....and you probably are very arrogant( you sound like it....especially by telling the cop to go ahead and shoot me....so I would not be surprised if you pissed the cop off....but I'm not buying your story about him punching you OR him grabbing your balls.

Bet you acted like a punk...but then realized your butt was going to jail...and now you're crying about your hurt wrist, sore balls and a boo boo on your side!

I have no idea any legit want, however law enforcement officials on the whole are within the trade of obtaining know-how that has no on the spot relevance. If he calls, get the quantity from which he's calling and instantly, instantly, name his superiors and any inner affairs workplace that the division could have.

Well, you should at least file a complaint against the officer. Though I don't know if it would qualify specifically as sexual harassment.
