It gives you really bad pains and causes girls who are students to miss school and suffer immensely.

Endometriosis. This causes extremely painful cramping in girls, not a pleasant experience. I wouldn't wish that pain on my worst enemy!

there is a disease called endometriosis that causes pain. less common in school age girls but it is possible
