I dont know really. He used to like me. Like a lot. Now my ex-bff is his girlfriend. He has been starting to talk to me a lot. Actually both of us are doing bad in our class because we always talk about everything. When we see eachother we stare eachother right in the eyes. I can always get him to laugh. I am basically the only girl he talks to. He only talks to his girlfriend on IM... well besides the talking he has been getting really CLOSE to me. Like in the hallway he will just stand like right next to me and not say anything... everyone seems to know we are suppose to be together except him. Do you think he may be begining to like me again??? He stopped liking me because during the summer I was away at camp the whole time... You can also give me ANY other information about anything with this if you are super nice...

If he has a girlfriend and talks on line what does that make her a pen pal and does he think he has lost something special since he is trying to get back with you. He reminds me of someone that if your not there he will find another. It sounds as if your young so be careful have fun and know you are just beginnning so don't be in a rush, Be his friend and see where that will take the two of you since he said good bye once because you were not around last summer, Think hard girl, time is your answer and have fun, before you jump into something that may be just a moment, and not serious at least in his eyes. He seems like he is also confused but at the same time, he knows what he is doing, games are hard and can hurt, so what the head trips and deal with just having fun and don't get to close to soon. good luck

I can tell you right now, from a guy's point of view, this dude is never going to come out and say that he likes you. You need to be proactive, and ask him what's going on. Either that, or keep playing around, not knowing how he feels for the rest of the year.
Also, don't buy into this "hard to get" stuff. It may work on a few guys, but the VAST majority of them will think, "she must not like me...I guess I'll move on to someone else". We are very logical, and we generally take things at face value. Girl ignores me = girl is not interested in me. My point is...IF YOU DON'T ASK, YOU'LL NEVER KNOW!!
By the way...if he lost interest in you over ONE summer, he's probably not worth going after anyway. Someone who gets bored that quick is probably pretty shallow.

There's a good chance he'll like you again. If it was only over the summer, I'd say it's a really good chance. Drop a few hints first, to check if the coast is clear, and I wish you the best of luck!

Sounds like he is starting to like you and flirt with you again. Did you used to like him too? For now, you should probably at least try to stay out of the way. He is being disrespectful to his girlfriend by flirting with you while shes not around. Still be nice to him, but try not to flirt back while hes still going out with his girlfriend. And whatever you do, don't try to break them up. If he finally realizes you are the one he wants to be with and not his current girlfriend, he will take care of things himself.
But think about this if youre considering going out with him if he ever breaks up with his girlfriend- have you ever noticed how rude it is for him to be flirting with other girls when he already has a girlfriend? If you ever get together with him, youre going to have to be careful with him. He may not be able to be trusted. Hope I helped a litte.

He wants to like you but he doesn't know whether he should like you still. If you still like him, let him know and ask him to forgive for the summer camp thing. I don't know if you did write letters to him, or if you were allowed to, but next time try to write one letter at least.
One of my best friends is my crush and I think he likes me but he hasn't told me yet, so I keep saying to myself, "Oh no! He doesn't like me!" and then, "Yay! He likes me!" I just hope he tells me soon. Oh by the way, if there is a school event, like a dance, coming up see if he'd like to go with you! I have a school dance soon and i hope he'll ask me! =)

It sounds like he doesn't know what he wants.
Either that, or he is a player who want multiple girlfriends.
Why not just ask him in a polite way if he still likes you, and if so, what does he want to do about it? Start dating again? If you want a relationship, then you cannot be afraid of communicating honestly and openly.
