UPS is going to charge me almost $130. Is there a cheaper way to send a package from the US to the UK?

You can try by mailing it thru shipping.. but it depends on weight and size measurement.. and don't expect to come early for over a month.. You have to declare what is inside the package and quality and quantity.. that is the cheapest I know too, like what Reaper said. There are many kinds of delivery by ship, depends on time arrival, mention the cheapest charge they
have......if it is very important, not recommendable..go for safer source of delivery.

i do not learn about the Philippines, yet I do deliver programs from united states to Chile and that's most inexpensive if it suits in a pouch envelop and is going through the ordinary submit place of work. plenty more competitively priced. yet in the U. S. you do not could be demanding about the postal workers stealing (and in elementary words about 20% of them get stolen or ransomed in Chile). you're taking your possibilities with the kit no longer arriving. you should come back to a call what your odds are with the postal platforms of the Philippines and Bahrain and choose if the reductions is truly well worth the risk.

Postal is cheaper but is still expensive. It is going to be expensive to send a package overseas. I have done it off and on for 25 years and it has never been cheap.
