Its not very expensive to have a tooth extracted and all of them should give you pain killers afterwards. The typical price range is from $65-$125. Also, check your local dental school, a lot of times you can get stuff done there really cheap under the supervision of real dentists.

first off if they are cheap, the care is most likely compromised. second you should not need "pain killers" unless you have surgical extractions and even then motrin should suffice. if you go in an office asking for pain killers, they wont give them, they will consider you a drug seeker, as I do.
