Why, when I want to make a copy of a black and white form, does the copy come out with light green and light blue instead of just black and white??

You probably scanned it as a color document - rescan it as a b&w document and you should be fine. Check the settings in you scanner's software.

no offense but HP isnt the best everyone i know that owned one threw it out and bought a lexmark but thats your choice i would recmond try scanning it as B&W like the person above me said

You are out of black ink

press BLACK dear, lol Mine does that if i press COLOR, But if you are doing it wright, take out the COLOR cartradge, and, its a possabulity your out of ink.
