Try spraying WD 40 on it then wash it hot water and alot of soap and softner. The WD 40 loosens the stain and the washing soap cleans it off and the softner will soften the fabric to loosen up the remaining stain.

Spray the marker stain with hairspray and then scrub. May need to repeat it.
Or--
Try leaving a cottton ball soaked with rubbing alcohol on the shirt, when the ball is dry pick it up, it should have absorbed most or all of the stain.

Get some Dreft Spray from Walmart or your local store. Not just the detergent the actual spray. I have used this since my daughter was born and it actually took real purple grape juice out of her white onesie!!! This stuff works on everything including blood!

rubbing alcohol usually dissolves the ink-
But
before you try this- try to see what the alcohol will do on paper with the same ink on it- if it's going to help you'll see the ink break down and 'bleed'
test a small area of fabric as well.

I hope your daughter doesn't grow up to be a racist like you. It would be such a waste.
I don't care who your best friend is. You shouldn't say things like that. It's called RESPECT.
