You might be suffering some kind of depression. Chemical imbalance in the body produces depression. Taking medication for depression won't solve the problem. Try natural products like fruits, vegetables and fruits. I have a friend who had depression and spent $20K for treatment for 2 years and still it didn't correct the problem. Then she consulted a Naturopathic Doctor (ND). She went for a naturopathic treatment and in less than 30 days, she's okay and depression was gone. Proper nutrition and right diet (food) will correct the chemical imbalance. And the best thing about it, she only spent less for the treatment. The ND's site is www.design2heal.com . It is worth trying because it really works. Try helping your friends and love ones by telling them this site. You might be able to save a life by passing this info.

Well you see, stress can have different causes, physically and/or mentally. Stress is very hard to get rid of if the source of your stress is something you can't just easily avoid. You may need to consider seeing a therapist. A therapist is not like a psychiatrist. I know there are a lot people who worry about that. Those people may think that going to a therapist means their crazy but a psychiatrist is for the mentally ill and a therapist is not. If you don't want to go to a therapist, you should try relaxation exercises. If you continue feeling stressful you will undoubtedly miss more school and at some point you will far too far behind. This happened to me. I failed to go to the next grade and now I have to find another school. But this is about you and your future. Maybe try to reason with your parents at an adult level and tell them how your feeling. If they're reasonable people they will support you and help you through this period of your life. Good luck.

I understand that life can be stressful at many points, but the best way to handle it is to organize yourself. I suggest you create an "agenda" with all your important dates in it. For example, projects, important businesses, etc. Also, one of the reasons why you are being stressed is because you are waiting until the last minute to finish important business/things. Try to do things differently, even though it can be hard.
I suggest that you should go to sleep around nine o'clock. or nine thirty o'clock. You can wake up feeling "fresh" and ready. It is also best that if you have something important you need to do, finish it during the weekend or in your freetime. Do not wait until the last minute either! Create something that will help you organize yourself!
Also, once you get home from work, try to take care of your kids fast, but carefully too. Your wife can help you too. Take care of your kids by, making them something to eat, or get them something on the way home to eat. After that, go do all your business, etc.
Hopefully you will feel better, or go to a councilor, therapy?
I hope you feel better and wish you good luck with handling the stress.

Sure there are websites that can help. There are many.
Why not just slow down a little?

Let yourself be open and life will be easier. A spoon of salt in a glass makes the water undrinkable. A spoon of salt in a lake is unnoticed.
Praise and blame, gain and loss, pleasure and sorrow come and go like the wind. To be happy, rest like a great tree in the midst of them.
Instead of coping with stress, maybe it's time to re-think your priorities. What truly makes you happy? Perhaps a change in lifesyle is in order. Are the causes of your stress really worth it? What is your "inner dialogue"? What thoughts rush through your mind when you are at rest? Are you ever at rest?
The good and the wise live quiet lives.
Peace- and good luck

Take a long vacation to the Caribbean and leave the kids with family.
People often don't want to let go of their daily routine, just forget about everyone else and start taking care of yourself.
