Milk has Vitamin D in it. Our body does need it everyday but it doesn't do anything for anxiety.

Anxiety is found in green veggies, vitamin B.

The best way to reduce anxiety is to have a Centrum Vitamin supplement, 1 a day, because it has all of the vitamin b's in it that will reduce anxiety to nothing.

I know, because i take it and it has helped me. I'm not much for eating salads, so this is why.
