Milk has Vitamin D in it. Our body does need it everyday but it doesn't do anything for anxiety.
Anxiety is found in green veggies, vitamin B.
The best way to reduce anxiety is to have a Centrum Vitamin supplement, 1 a day, because it has all of the vitamin b's in it that will reduce anxiety to nothing.
I know, because i take it and it has helped me. I'm not much for eating salads, so this is why.

It makes me sleepy, especially if it's warm. Breast milk might reduce anxiety, but that's the only kind that I would think would.

I find that drinking milk, increases anxiety for me. I think they tell you beef and dairy products have this "dragging" effect on the body anyway.
