ignorance it truly bliss. However if i knew, i'd do all the things that i know i'd put off for another day. I'd take all the risks i wouldn't normally take. It would help tremendously i think to make decisions rather than being over cautious as you would if you thought you had all the time in the world to do x..y...z... sorts of things even like things like eating naughty etc..... in my opinion, i'd like to know just to utilise my time positively while i am able to

Heck no! Once I knew the details, I'd do everything I could to avoid the situation!

I know you SAY the we wouldn't be able to change things, but since we are pretty much able to make decisions based on what we know, then "knowing" the details of my death would mean I could adjust my behavior.

Here's a question back at you, about your scenario. If I was to learn the details, what would prevent me from makeing a decision? Would some invisible force move my legs? Why would this invisible force influence my actions, but not my thinking activity?

Yes, I'd rather "know" and try to change my fate. "Bite the bullet." Why would anyone do THAT?

Ignorance is bliss. Why worry about something you have no control over.

However; if given the chance, I would prefer to go out the same way I came into the world...........

Naked and screaming!
