Overindulging on anything is bad (except water of course!)

maybe its because she had 3 of them?! im not familiar with the drinks, but if its the same principle as slim fast, where you drink a can as a meal replacement twice a day, then they are PACKED with calories! Some nursing homes and old people caregivers use slimfast for grannies that cant eat real food to boost thier nutrients and calories.

I drink them all the time, and I've been LOSING weight. They key there is, there are different kinds, " Refresh....Slenderize..." And the slederize has like...10 calories for a whole bottle when the other types have...90? So she should get slederize...

Go with the "slenderize" FUZE. I haven't been drinking them long enough to notice a weight loss yet, but they taste great!

look. you gotta just go to the gym. run. don't spend your money on drinks a food that stay your gonna lose weight. you eat less. i mean don't starve yourself. eat 3 small meals a day and dont' eat after 7pm. that should do it. plus, you gotta be happy with urself. sleep always helps

They seem good for you. I drink them just cause they taste good and they have more natural ingredients. If you want to loose weight then just drink water. Although they have good ingredients there is still fat, cal, and such in them. And 2lbs is questionable weight gain...did she weigh herself naked...did she just eat...etc...
