God is neither man or woman. I think the reason for most people saying "he does this" and "he did that" is a result of the male dominant society. God made MAN in his image or is it vice versa??????? hmmmm

No. A she-male is a human creation.
God has always been referred to as a male, but in many languages, the male form is generic. Certain schools of thought would say God is above flesh, and really has no gender. We are made in God's image, and that which defines our human gender is actually just additions to the basic template to aid in the propagation of mankind.
The modern idea that God is a woman is a feminine concept with no real historical founding short of interpretations that God is female because God was the creator (lifegiver).
However, there really is no rocksolid way of knowing the answer to such a question while one is bound in the mortal realm.

God [the Father] does not have a physical body and is not contrained by space, time, or gender. God is.

Jesus did walk this earth as a human male. I would say that it is fair to still call the transcendental Jesus male since that was the form in which humanity directly experienced him.

That would imply that God is both genders.
There are no genders in heaven, so unlike mankind, God is asexual (genderless).

Jesus while He lived on earth was a male, however.
