You'll Overdose. Get rushed to the hospital and get a long tube shoved down your throat. Taste this gross stuff called charcoal.In other words, you get your stomach pumped. From what I heard it's not fun. Plus you can damage your liver and kidneys. oh and also, if they feel it necessary, you'll go to a psych hospital and be monitored for suicide

It depends on what is in the tablets. I get stomach aches if I take two asperins on an empty stomach so I imagine 20 tablets would be very painful.

All at once? You could bleed internally...depending upon the type of ingredients. Maybe get hep C or even liver and kidney failure. Coma, brain damage. Overdosing is a very bad thing. Not a smart move.

I dont think it would do anything. I dont think you can kill yourself with headache pills even if you took the whole bottle.

dont do it. i have a friend who died of tablet overdose because she stressed with her life.

Generally it contains paracetamol. It will destroy a person's kidney.

you would get sick, and depending on how many mg they are it would be like overdoseing
