Do you feel hungry after drinking one of those Slim Fast OPTIMA shakes?

When I drink one of these Slim Fast OPTIMA shakes, I do feel hungry maybe about an hour or two after I consume the shake, which happens sometimes. It claims to make oneself NOT feel hungry. Anyone else have this feeling or is it just me?

NOTE: I do maintain a healthy diet and exercise regimen, which helped me to lose 35 lbs. in a year.

Yes because they are FULL of sugar. That spikes your blood sugar and makes you even more hungry in an hour or so.

Find better meal replacement shakes that do not have as much sugar or make your own. They'd be a lot healthier.
