I don't mean a whole bedroom for him but a bit of space squared off in the corner of my room that he can call his own. I just ordered a cute dog bed.

i was gonna say one of those little doggie sofa's ...they are so cute. maybe a cute set of decorated dishes. and a little closet type thing for all his different collars..you know something to hang them on...lol, i wish i had a tiny dog. have fun with it. oh, maybe paint a backround on the wall for him.

Just to let you know, it's sometimes hard to get your dog to stay in it's dog bed... it'd much rather sleep by your feet! And for cute things, you can put paw prints on the wall, a little doggy rug, some pictures... maybe water.

Create train your dog. dogs are denning animals and love to be in a cave den type of environment. Get a create that has all sides covered so the front is only open so it looks like a cave. Your dog will love it

Build a little room with a giant cardboard box, and paint it or something, and put some fabric's and stuff. Make it perdy.

u should put a little pillow in the bed and put like a basket to puut the dogs toys in..... then put like a rug by the bed.
