Breast feeding is supposed to help. Also, just eat less and work out. You should be healed up enough to jump on the treadmill, or take out the stroller and walk your baby for a couple of miles a day.

Try weight watchers online, it works. Also you can exercise at home with the bady even using the baby as your weight. Do regular floor exercises and in place of weights use the baby, carefully.
To exercise buy some at home videos for exercise. Belly dancing, jazzercise, floor exercises, and dance. You can rock the day away.

I've done Pilates after having both my kids. It works great to firm things back up. Remember it took 9 months to put the weight on and you should give yourself plenty of time to take it back off! Good luck!

Breastfeeding helps a lot! But take it easy you just had a baby. I think that maybe you should talk it over wiht your Doctor to see if exercise is ok at this point.
LOTS of crunches will help..Tightens that muscle tons.

a brisk walk daily, during the day with your son in the stroller is a great way to get back in shape.
