Everyone asking how come christians are like this (negative).. How come they are like that (negative)..
Of course there are FANATICAL Christians that do (negative) but wow we are not all like that...

Girl, that's just plain old ignorance. Pray for them. I understand because some things they say, I'm like Ghee Whiz..take a chill pill, read the Bible or something. It's like every positive thing you say about God, they get SOOOOOO upset. So much hate. It's amazing!

People like to dwell on the negative....watch the news...the only news worth reporting seems to be the bad....there is good going on all the time but only gets side bars at best most of the time....In this forum, I have come to believe, people come on here just looking for a fight...which seems strange because they are doing it from behind a close door....the Internet....why do people want to search out the negative and then dig at it....by doing so, I believe they think it is strengthening their stand, but in reality it only serves to strengthen the stand of those they attack....

A fanatical Christian is someone who follows God with all his heart. This means to love others no matter what and keep the commandments. I don't see anything negative in this.

I don't think all Christians are crazy. And as for the lady who said every day is a "slam Christians" day..........yeah, sure. I'm the one who is afraid at every place I work to actually tell people that I'm agnostic. So quit whining.

I've noticed more slamming of atheists today. We see what we want to see I guess! And you are right not all christians are fanatical fundaMENTALists...but alot of them are. Sorry they give you a bad name and that you feel slammed. Christianity by it's nature is elitist and negative and ppl don't respond well to either stance....but then they see what they want to see too!?!?!

EVERY day is Slam a Christian day. It's just so much fun. As is slamming Muslims, Wiccans, Dungeons and Dragons nuts, etc...

Just get used to it. Do not give up, ignore the ones that really give you agony. People are here for different reasons. god is God no matter they say or think. We know that we are in the winning team with Jesus.
You are needed here. Just do not get to their level. God wants us to love one another...some people require some extra grace.

Alot of people are unhappy with themselves so they lash out at others beliefs...usually Christians. Christ said we'd be persecuted...who thought it'd be on yahoo answers. lol Most likely these people have had a bad experience and are looking to blame us or God for it.
