does anyone have any ideas how to refill a non-refillable bic lighter?

Why would you want to? They're not that expensive to replace, and it could be dangerous to refill or to use afterwards.
If you want a refillable lighter, why not just go buy one?

1 Take the flint and spring out of a spent lighter.
2 Wedge the flint in between the coils near the end of the spring.
3 Stretch out the rest of the spring 3-4 inches so you can hold the flint in another lighter's flame.
4 Hold it there until the flint is glowing red.
5 Throw it down on a hard surface in an open area (preferably at night) and it'll explode in a shower of sparks.
Thats about all you can do with them after using them up. Good luck

It is non-refillable. You cannot refill it.
